if you install grub on you system its vary simpla
1) download the "Internet Installation Boot Image" from suse site
2) mount it using mount -o loop imgname.iso /mnt/
3) copy from the cd 2 files the fors one is linux and the secnt one is initrd buts of the files locate in the cd under  boot/<arc>/loader/ to /boot folder
4) build new grub antri fot it
5) boot the system
